Every line has its own rules. Every decision gets the same proof.

Motor claims, a Lloyd's slip, a life application, a treaty renewal, a client book at a TPA, a binder at an MGA. Each line has its own wordings, authorities and supervisors. HONESTAS speaks each one, and leaves the same sealed record behind every decision AI touches.

Why one record

One record format. Every line, every supervisor.

A claims lead in Dublin, an underwriter at Lloyd's and a reinsurer's auditor read the same fields, in the same order. Nobody rebuilds the evidence for each audit.

  • Who decided

A named person, in a named role, with their authority checked before they signed.

  • On what evidence

Every item with where it came from and how old it was. What was missing is said, not left blank.

  • Under which rules

The wording, rate table, binder, model and room terms, each pinned to its version.

  • How it was argued

The case for, the case against and the challenger, kept even when the chair ruled the other way.

  • Checked and sealed

A second model agreed, and the record was sealed with an outside time stamp. It can be reopened and re-run.

So a TPA can hand one to each client, an MGA to its capacity provider and a cedant to its reinsurer. See sealed records →
