Your own storefront

Your brand, your customers. The same seals behind it.

A white-label storefront for brokers, MGAs and insurers: a website and an iOS and Android app built from one template, an SDK for your own journeys and a console to run them. Customers get a quote, buy, claim and track. Every AI decision a customer sees goes through the same decision rooms and seals as the rest of your work.

What customers see

Quote, buy, claim, track. In your name.

Customers see your brand, your products and your words. The wording, the disclosures and the insurer’s line are the same for every brand.

One template, many brands

One app template, built as each broker’s own app under its own store account. The policies, documents and claims are the same app underneath.

Behind every decision

What the customer sees went through the rooms first.

A quote, a claim decision or a cancellation that AI helped with goes through the same steps as any decision in HONESTAS, before the customer sees it.

01

Asked

A quote, a claim, a change or a cancellation, from the web, the app or the contact centre.

02

Argued and checked

Triaged to the right room. A second, independent model must agree before anything goes out.

03

Decided by a person

Anything that goes against the customer is signed by a named person with the authority to sign it.

04

Told, with reasons

The customer sees the reasons in plain words, from the sealed record, and can ask for a person.

SDK and console

Build your own journeys. Keep the rules in place.

The console runs brands, products, journeys, pages and publishing, with webhooks and keys that each have an owner. The SDK puts the same journeys into your own website or app, for web, iOS and Android. The steps the insurer and the regulator own cannot be restyled or skipped by any brand.

Every market

Localised for each market you sell in.

Each market gets its own language, currency, documents and rules, and the storefront changes with them.

  • Language and currency

Each brand chooses its languages. Prices, documents and the contact centre follow the customer’s.

  • Documents

The product information document, the wording and the summary, for that market, in the same place for every brand.

  • Cooling-off and withdrawal

The cooling-off period for that market, and a way to withdraw online that is as easy as buying.

  • Complaints

The complaints route and the ombudsman for that market, shown before the customer pays.

  • A person to talk to

The contact centre in the customer’s language, told it is an AI, with a person any time.

The rules it answers to

Every brand, the same obligations.

The insurer sets the steps the law requires once, and every brand and every channel follows them.

  • Insurance DistributionDirective (EU) 2016/97 (IDD), Article 20The customer’s demands and needs, and a product information document before the contract.

Questions

About the storefront.

Is it under our own brand?

Yes. Your name, colours, products and languages, on your own web address and in your own app on the App Store and Google Play.

Can we build our own journeys?

Yes, in the console, or in your own website and app through the SDK. The steps the insurer and the regulator own stay locked.

Who can change the disclosures?

Only the insurer, and only as the rules allow. No brand can restyle the documents step or move it.

Does a customer ever deal with AI alone?

They are always told when they are talking to an AI, they can ask for a person at any time, and a decision that goes against them is signed by a named person.

Which markets does it support?

Each market you sell in, with its own language, currency, documents, cooling-off period and complaints route.
