Competing firms, one placement. Each sees its own line.
Rooms are where handlers, underwriters, brokers and partner firms talk a case through, with the assistant beside them. Walls between competing firms are checked before every message is sent. Private details stay out of shared channels, and every AI answer shows what it read.

Talk the case through. With the walls in place.
One room for each claim, placement or binder. Your own people, named guests from other firms and the assistant work in the same thread, and each of them sees only what they may.
A claim, talked through
Team chat on a coastal binder. Each AI answer lists what it was read with, and says when something was taken out before it reached you.
- Sources on every answer
- What was held back, said plainly
- A reply that must not be delivered is stopped, with the reason

From a message to a decision
When a thread needs a ruling, open a decision room from the message itself. The seats are declared first, and the chair is never the person who proposed the room.
- The room belongs to the file, not the chat
- Seats named before anyone argues

A named guest from another firm
A reinsurer reads your records through a seat given to one named person, for one claim, until a set date. Both firms can see what was opened and when.
- Given to a person, not a firm
- Every page opened is recorded, for both sides

Know how private it is
A direct message between colleagues is kept, and it is not part of the official record. Attach it to a file when it should count.
- Who can see it, shown
- On the record only when you attach it

A lead and two followers. One room, three views.
On a subscription placement the lead and the following markets share one room. Each firm sees its own line and the total. A competitor’s share, price and messages stay behind the wall, in search, in chat and in the assistant’s answers.
- Who is in the room
Each firm and each person, by name. A wall is drawn between firms that compete on the risk.
- What each firm sees
Its own line and the total. A hidden figure shows as a labelled, hatched block, never a blank that reads as a mistake.
- What the wall rests on
The written agreement between the firms. Only one other line is ever hidden at a time, so the total still adds up.
Walls follow the competition rules on information exchange between competitors (Article 101 TFEU) and the limits your compliance team sets. Not legal advice.

Before a message reaches people at another firm, HONESTAS checks who will read it. If a name, a figure or a claim number must not reach one of them, you see both versions side by side and choose what happens.
See exactly what leaves
Your words and the cleaned copy the other firm will read, line by line. If the cleaned copy no longer says what you meant, move the message to a conversation for your own firm instead.
- Both versions side by side
- Removed words shown as a labelled block
- Send, edit, or move it

Two people, two answers, one reason
Two people ask about the same message in the same minute and get different answers. The reason is on screen: legal privilege took three figures out of one copy before it was sent.
- The difference, explained
- Held back before sending, never hidden after

Every answer says what it was read with.
The assistant answers from what the person asking is allowed to see, and nothing else. Open any answer to see the file, the rules and the areas it read, what was taken out before it reached you, and anything it could not read.
- Read with the asker’s own permissions
- What was taken out, and by which rule
- Attachments it could not read, named
- Kept beside the answer, so it can be shown again later

Every version, and who got which.
When a message goes out in more than one version, all of it is kept together. Months later, anyone with the right can show exactly what each firm was told and what it was not.
- Your original words
Kept as written, with the time it was sent.
- The cleaned version
Kept exactly as each firm received it.
- What was removed, and why
The wall or rule that took it out, and who set it.
- Who received which version
Each person and each firm, every time.
- A message that was stopped
Kept with its reason, such as a live dispute between the sender and a reader.
About rooms and team chat.
Can a following market see the lead’s price?
No. Each firm sees its own line and the total. The lead sees every line because it leads the placement, and the wall is checked before every message.
What happens if a message would cross a wall?
It is never sent as written. You see the version each firm would get, then send them, edit the message, or move it to a conversation for your own firm.
Can the assistant see behind a wall?
No. It answers with the permissions of the person asking, and it says when something was held back.
Are private messages part of the record?
They are kept, but they are not part of the official record and no deadline runs on them. Attach one to a file when it should count.
How do people from other firms join?
As named guests, each with a seat for a stated purpose and an end date. A seat cannot be passed to a colleague, and both firms can see what was opened.
